RMT: and Balaq took Bilam, the head^[970] of Pe'or, the place looking down upon the face of the desolate wilderness,

29 and~he~will~SAY^(V) (וַיֹּאמֶר / wai'yo'mer) Bilam (בִּלְעָם / bil'am) TO (אֶל / el) Balaq (בָּלָק / ba'laq) !(ms)~BUILD^(V) (בְּנֵה / bê'neyh) to~~me (לִי / li) in~THIS (בָזֶה / va'zeh) SEVEN (שִׁבְעָה / shiv'ah) ALTAR~s (מִזְבְּחֹת / miz'be'hhot) and~!(ms)~make~PREPARE^(V) (וְהָכֵן / wê'ha'khen) to~~me (לִי / li) in~THIS (בָּזֶה / ba'zeh) SEVEN (שִׁבְעָה / shiv'ah) BULL~s (פָרִים / pha'rim) and~SEVEN (וְשִׁבְעָה / wê'shiv'ah) BUCK~s (אֵילִים / ey'lim)^[971]

RMT: and Bilam said to Balaq, build for me in this place seven altars, and prepare for me in this place seven bulls and seven bucks,

30 and~he~will~DO^(V) (וַיַּעַשׂ / wai'ya'as) Balaq (בָּלָק / ba'laq) like~WHICH (כַּאֲשֶׁר / ka'a'sheyr) he~did~SAY^(V) (אָמַר / a'mar) Bilam (בִּלְעָם / bil'am) and~he~will~make~GO.UP^(V) (וַיַּעַל / wai'ya'al) BULL (פָּר / par) and~BUCK (וָאַיִל / wa'a'yil) in~the~ALTAR (בַּמִּזְבֵּחַ / ba'miz'bey'ahh)

RMT: and Balaq did just as Bilam said, and he brought up a bull and a buck on the altar^[972],
