Exodus Chapter 27

1 and~you(ms)~did~DO(Verb) (וְעָשִׂיתָ / wê'a'si'ta) AT (אֶת / et) the~ALTAR (הַמִּזְבֵּחַ / ha'miz'bey'ahh) TREE~s (עֲצֵי / a'tsey) ACACIA~s (שִׁטִּים / shi'tim) FIVE (חָמֵשׁ / hha'meysh) FOREARM~s (אַמּוֹת / a'mot) LENGTH (אֹרֶךְ / o'rekh) and~FIVE (וְחָמֵשׁ / wê'hha'meysh) FOREARM~s (אַמּוֹת / a'mot) WIDTH (רֹחַב / ro'hhav) BE.SQUARE(Verb)~ed(ms) (רָבוּעַ / ra'vu'a) he~will~EXIST(Verb) (יִהְיֶה / yih'yeh) the~ALTAR (הַמִּזְבֵּחַ / ha'miz'bey'ahh) and~THREE (וְשָׁלֹשׁ / wê'sha'losh) FOREARM~s (אַמּוֹת / a'mot) HEIGHT~him (קֹמָתוֹ / qo'ma'to)

and you will make the altar of wood of acacia, five forearms is the length and five forearms is the width, the altar will exist squared, and three forearms is his height,

2 and~you(ms)~did~DO(Verb) (וְעָשִׂיתָ / wê'a'si'ta) HORN~s~him (קַרְנֹתָיו / qar'no'taw) UPON (עַל / al) FOUR (אַרְבַּע / ar'ba) CORNER~s~him (פִּנֹּתָיו / pi'no'taw) FROM~him (מִמֶּנּוּ / mi'me'nu) they(f)~will~EXIST(Verb) (תִּהְיֶיןָ / tih'yey'na) HORN~s~him (קַרְנֹתָיו / qar'no'taw) and~you(ms)~did~much~OVERLAY(Verb) (וְצִפִּיתָ / wê'tsi'pi'ta) AT~him (אֹתוֹ / o'to) COPPER (נְחֹשֶׁת / nê'hho'shet)

and you will make his horns upon the four of his corners, from him his horns will exist, and you will overlay him with copper,

and you will make his pots for removing fat residue, and his shovels, and his sprinkling basins, and his forks, and his fire pans, you will make all his utensils with copper,

and you will make for him a grate work of netting with copper, and you will make upon the netting four rings of copper upon his four extremities,

5 and~you(ms)~did~GIVE(Verb)~& (וְנָתַתָּה / wê'na'ta'tah) AT~her (אֹתָהּ / o'tah) UNDER (תַּחַת / ta'hhat) OUTER.RIM (כַּרְכֹּב / kar'kov) the~ALTAR (הַמִּזְבֵּחַ / ha'miz'bey'ahh) from~to~BENEATH (מִלְּמָטָּה / mil'ma'tah) and~she~did~EXIST(Verb) (וְהָיְתָה / wê'hai'tah) the~NETTING (הָרֶשֶׁת / ha're'shet) UNTIL (עַד / ad) HALF (חֲצִי / hha'tsi) [467] the~ALTAR (הַמִּזְבֵּחַ / ha'miz'bey'ahh)

and you will place her under the outer rim of the altar beneath, and the netting will exist in the middle of the altar,

6 and~you(ms)~did~DO(Verb) (וְעָשִׂיתָ / wê'a'si'ta) STRAND~s (בַדִּים / va'dim) to~the~ALTAR (לַמִּזְבֵּחַ / la'miz'bey'ahh) STRAND~s (בַּדֵּי / ba'dey) TREE~s (עֲצֵי / a'tsey) ACACIA~s (שִׁטִּים / shi'tim) and~you(ms)~did~much~OVERLAY(Verb) (וְצִפִּיתָ / wê'tsi'pi'ta) AT~them(m) (אֹתָם / o'tam) COPPER (נְחֹשֶׁת / nê'hho'shet)

and you will make strands for the altar, strands of wood of acacia, and you will overlay them with copper,

7 and~he~did~be~make~COME(Verb) (וְהוּבָא / wê'hu'va) AT (אֶת / et) STRAND~s~him (בַּדָּיו / ba'daw) in~the~RING~s (בַּטַּבָּעֹת / ba'ta'ba'ot) and~they~did~EXIST(Verb) (וְהָיוּ / wê'hai'u) the~STRAND~s (הַבַּדִּים / ha'ba'dim) UPON (עַל / al) TWO (שְׁתֵּי / shê'tey) RIB~s (צַלְעֹת / tsal'ot) the~ALTAR (הַמִּזְבֵּחַ / ha'miz'bey'ahh) in~>~LIFT.UP(Verb) (בִּשְׂאֵת / bis'eyt) AT~him (אֹתוֹ / o'to)

and his strands will be brought in the rings, and the strands will exist upon the acacia ribs of the altar in lifting him up.

With hollowed out slabs you will make him, just as shown you in the hill, so they will do,

9 and~you(ms)~did~DO(Verb) (וְעָשִׂיתָ / wê'a'si'ta) AT (אֵת / eyt) COURTYARD (חֲצַר / hha'tsar) the~DWELLING (הַמִּשְׁכָּן / ha'mish'kan) to~EDGE (לִפְאַת / liph'at) SOUTH (נֶגֶב / ne'gev) SOUTHWARD~unto (תֵּימָנָה / tey'ma'nah) [468] SLING~s (קְלָעִים / qê'la'im) to~the~COURTYARD (לֶחָצֵר / le'hha'tseyr) LINEN (שֵׁשׁ / sheysh) be~make~TWIST.TOGETHER(Verb)~ing(ms) (מָשְׁזָר / mash'zar) HUNDRED (מֵאָה / mey'ah) in~the~FOREARM (בָאַמָּה / va'a'mah) LENGTH (אֹרֶךְ / o'rekh) to~the~EDGE (לַפֵּאָה / la'pey'ah) the~UNIT (הָאֶחָת / ha'e'hhat)

and you will make a courtyard of the dwelling to the edge, unto the south of the south, slings for the courtyard of twisted linen, a hundred by the forearm is the length for the one edge,

10 and~PILLAR~s~him (וְעַמֻּדָיו / wê'a'mu'daw) TEN~s (עֶשְׂרִים / es'rim) and~FOOTING~s~them(m) (וְאַדְנֵיהֶם / wê'ad'ney'hem) TEN~s (עֶשְׂרִים / es'rim) COPPER (נְחֹשֶׁת / nê'hho'shet) and~PEG~s (וָוֵי / wa'wey) the~PILLAR~s (הָעַמֻּדִים / ha'a'mu'dim) and~BINDER~s~them(m) (וַחֲשֻׁקֵיהֶם / wa'hha'shu'qey'hem) SILVER (כָּסֶף / ka'seph)

and his twenty pillars, and their twenty footings are of copper, the pegs of the pillars and their binders are of silver,

11 and~SO (וְכֵן / wê'kheyn) to~EDGE (לִפְאַת / liph'at) NORTH (צָפוֹן / tsa'phon) in~the~LENGTH (בָּאֹרֶךְ / ba'o'rekh) SLING~s (קְלָעִים / qê'la'im) HUNDRED (מֵאָה / mey'ah) LENGTH (אֹרֶךְ / o'rekh) and~PILLAR~s~him (וְעַמֻּדָו / wê'a'mu'daw) [469] TEN~s (עֶשְׂרִים / es'rim) and~FOOTING~s~them(m) (וְאַדְנֵיהֶם / wê'ad'ney'hem) TEN~s (עֶשְׂרִים / es'rim) COPPER (נְחֹשֶׁת / nê'hho'shet) and~PEG~s (וָוֵי / wa'wey) the~PILLAR~s (הָעַמֻּדִים / ha'a'mu'dim) and~BINDER~s~them(m) (וַחֲשֻׁקֵיהֶם / wa'hha'shu'qey'hem) SILVER (כָּסֶף / ka'seph)

and so, for the edge of the north in the length, the slings are a hundred in length, and his twenty pillars and their twenty footings of copper, the pegs of the pillars and their binders of silver,

12 and~WIDTH (וְרֹחַב / wê'ro'hhav) the~COURTYARD (הֶחָצֵר / he'hha'tseyr) to~EDGE (לִפְאַת / liph'at) SEA (יָם / yam) [470] SLING~s (קְלָעִים / qê'la'im) FIVE~s (חֲמִשִּׁים / hha'mi'shim) FOREARM (אַמָּה / a'mah) PILLAR~s~them(m) (עַמֻּדֵיהֶם / a'mu'dey'hem) TEN (עֲשָׂרָה / a'sa'rah) and~FOOTING~s~them(m) (וְאַדְנֵיהֶם / wê'ad'ney'hem) TEN (עֲשָׂרָה / a'sa'rah)

and the width of the courtyard for the edge of the sea are the slings of fifty forearms, their ten pillars and their ten footings,

13 and~WIDTH (וְרֹחַב / wê'ro'hhav) the~COURTYARD (הֶחָצֵר / he'hha'tseyr) to~EDGE (לִפְאַת / liph'at) EAST~unto (קֵדְמָה / qeyd'mah) SUNRISE~unto (מִזְרָחָה / miz'ra'hhah) FIVE~s (חֲמִשִּׁים / hha'mi'shim) FOREARM (אַמָּה / a'mah)

and the width of the courtyard for unto the edge of the east, unto the sunrise, is fifty forearms,

14 and~FIVE (וַחֲמֵשׁ / wa'hha'meysh) TEN (עֶשְׂרֵה / es'reyh) FOREARM (אַמָּה / a'mah) SLING~s (קְלָעִים / qê'la'im) to~the~SHOULDER.PIECE (לַכָּתֵף / la'ka'teyph) PILLAR~s~them(m) (עַמֻּדֵיהֶם / a'mu'dey'hem) THREE (שְׁלֹשָׁה / shê'lo'shah) and~FOOTING~s~them(m) (וְאַדְנֵיהֶם / wê'ad'ney'hem) THREE (שְׁלֹשָׁה / shê'lo'shah)

and fifteen forearms are the slings for the shoulder piece, their three pillars and their three footings,

15 and~to~the~SHOULDER.PIECE (וְלַכָּתֵף / wê'la'ka'teyph) the~SECOND (הַשֵּׁנִית / ha'shey'nit) FIVE (חֲמֵשׁ / hha'meysh) TEN (עֶשְׂרֵה / es'reyh) SLING~s (קְלָעִים / qê'la'im) PILLAR~s~them(m) (עַמֻּדֵיהֶם / a'mu'dey'hem) THREE (שְׁלֹשָׁה / shê'lo'shah) and~FOOTING~s~them(m) (וְאַדְנֵיהֶם / wê'ad'ney'hem) THREE (שְׁלֹשָׁה / shê'lo'shah)

and for the second shoulder piece are fifteen slings, their three pillars and their three footings,

16 and~to~GATE (וּלְשַׁעַר / ul'sha'ar) the~COURTYARD (הֶחָצֵר / he'hha'tseyr) CANOPY (מָסָךְ / ma'sakh) TEN~s (עֶשְׂרִים / es'rim) FOREARM (אַמָּה / a'mah) BLUE (תְּכֵלֶת / tê'khey'let) and~PURPLE (וְאַרְגָּמָן / wê'ar'ga'man) and~KERMES (וְתוֹלַעַת / wê'to'la'at) SCARLET (שָׁנִי / sha'ni) and~LINEN (וְשֵׁשׁ / wê'sheysh) be~make~TWIST.TOGETHER(Verb)~ing(ms) (מָשְׁזָר / mash'zar) WORK (מַעֲשֵׂה / ma'a'seyh) EMBROIDER(Verb)~ing(ms) (רֹקֵם / ro'qeym) [471] PILLAR~s~them(m) (עַמֻּדֵיהֶם / a'mu'dey'hem) FOUR (אַרְבָּעָה / ar'ba'ah) and~FOOTING~s~them(m) (וְאַדְנֵיהֶם / wê'ad'ney'hem) FOUR (אַרְבָּעָה / ar'ba'ah)

and for the gate of the courtyard is a canopy of twenty forearms of blue and purple and kermes of scarlet and twisted linen, a work of embroidering, their four pillars and their four footings.

17 ALL (כָּל / kol) PILLAR~s (עַמּוּדֵי / a'mu'dey) the~COURTYARD (הֶחָצֵר / he'hha'tseyr) ALL.AROUND (סָבִיב / sa'viv) be~much~ATTACH(Verb)~ing(mp) (מְחֻשָּׁקִים / mê'hhu'sha'qim) SILVER (כֶּסֶף / ke'seph) and~PEG~s~them(m) (וָוֵיהֶם / wa'wey'hem) SILVER (כָּסֶף / ka'seph) and~FOOTING~s~them(m) (וְאַדְנֵיהֶם / wê'ad'ney'hem) COPPER (נְחֹשֶׁת / nê'hho'shet)

All the pillars of the courtyard all around it, being attached with silver, their pegs of silver and their footings of copper.

18 LENGTH (אֹרֶךְ / o'rekh) the~COURTYARD (הֶחָצֵר / he'hha'tseyr) HUNDRED (מֵאָה / mey'ah) in~the~FOREARM (בָאַמָּה / va'a'mah) and~WIDTH (וְרֹחַב / wê'ro'hhav) FIVE~s (חֲמִשִּׁים / hha'mi'shim) in~the~FIVE~s (בַּחֲמִשִּׁים / ba'hha'mi'shim) [472] and~HEIGHT (וְקֹמָה / wê'qo'mah) FIVE (חָמֵשׁ / hha'meysh) FOREARM~s (אַמּוֹת / a'mot) LINEN (שֵׁשׁ / sheysh) be~make~TWIST.TOGETHER(Verb)~ing(ms) (מָשְׁזָר / mash'zar) and~FOOTING~s~them(m) (וְאַדְנֵיהֶם / wê'ad'ney'hem) COPPER (נְחֹשֶׁת / nê'hho'shet)

The length of the courtyard is a hundred by the forearm, and the width is fifty by the forearms, and the height is five forearms, with twisted linen and their footings of copper.

19 to~ALL (לְכֹל / lê'khol) UTENSIL~s (כְּלֵי / kê'ley) the~DWELLING (הַמִּשְׁכָּן / ha'mish'kan) in~ALL (בְּכֹל / bê'khol) SERVICE~him (עֲבֹדָתוֹ / a'vo'da'to) and~ALL (וְכָל / wê'khol) TENT.PEG~s~him (יְתֵדֹתָיו / yê'tey'do'taw) and~ALL (וְכָל / wê'khol) TENT.PEG~s (יִתְדֹת / yit'dot) the~COURTYARD (הֶחָצֵר / he'hha'tseyr) COPPER (נְחֹשֶׁת / nê'hho'shet)

To all the utensils of the dwelling, in all his service, and all his tent pegs, and all the tent pegs of the courtyard are copper,

20 and~YOU(MS) (וְאַתָּה / wê'a'tah) you(ms)~will~much~DIRECT(Verb) (תְּצַוֶּה / tê'tsa'weh) AT (אֶת / et) SON~s (בְּנֵי / bê'ney) Yisra'eyl (יִשְׂרָאֵל / yis'ra'eyl) and~they(m)~will~TAKE(Verb) (וְיִקְחוּ / wê'yiq'hhu) TO~you(ms) (אֵלֶיךָ / ey'ley'kha) OIL (שֶׁמֶן / she'men) OLIVE (זַיִת / za'yit) REFINED (זָךְ / zakh) SMASHED (כָּתִית / ka'tit) to~the~LUMINARY (לַמָּאוֹר / la'ma'or) to~>~make~GO.UP(Verb) (לְהַעֲלֹת / lê'ha'a'lot) [473] LAMP (נֵר / neyr) CONTINUALLY (תָּמִיד / ta'mid)

and you, you will direct the sons of Yisra'eyl, and they will take to you the refined and crushed oil of the olive for the luminary, to make the lamp go up continually.

21 in~TENT (בְּאֹהֶל / bê'o'hel) APPOINTED (מוֹעֵד / mo'eyd) from~OUTSIDE (מִחוּץ / mi'hhuts) to~the~TENT.CURTAIN (לַפָּרֹכֶת / la'pa'ro'khet) WHICH (אֲשֶׁר / a'sher) UPON (עַל / al) the~EVIDENCE (הָעֵדֻת / ha'ey'dut) he~will~ARRANGE(Verb) (יַעֲרֹךְ / ya'a'rokh) AT~him (אֹתוֹ / o'to) Aharon (אַהֲרֹן / a'ha'ron) and~SON~s~him (וּבָנָיו / u'va'naw) from~EVENING (מֵעֶרֶב / mey'e'rev) UNTIL (עַד / ad) MORNING (בֹּקֶר / bo'qer) to~FACE~s (לִפְנֵי / liph'ney) YHWH (יְהוָה / YHWH) CUSTOM (חֻקַּת / hhu'qat) DISTANT (עוֹלָם / o'lam) to~GENERATION~s~them(m) (לְדֹרֹתָם / lê'do'ro'tam) from~AT (מֵאֵת / mey'eyt) SON~s (בְּנֵי / bê'ney) Yisra'eyl (יִשְׂרָאֵל / yis'ra'eyl)

In the appointed tent, outside the tent curtain, which is upon the evidence, Aharon, and his sons, will arrange him, from the evening until the morning to the face of YHWH, a ritual of a distant time for their generations, from the sons of Yisra'eyl,
