RMT: If you will purchase a servant of Ever, he will serve six years, and in the seventh he will go out freely to freedom.

RMT: but if the servant will say, I love my lord, my woman and my sons, I will not go out free,

RMT: then his lord will make him draw near to the Elohiym^[433], and he will make him draw near to the door, or to the doorpost, and his lord will bore through his ear with the awl and he will serve him to a distant time,

7 and~GIVEN.THAT (וְכִי / wê'khi) he~will~SELL^(V) (יִמְכֹּר / yim'kor) MAN (אִישׁ / ish) AT (אֶת / et) DAUGHTER~him (בִּתּוֹ / bi'to) to~BONDWOMAN (לְאָמָה / lê'a'mah) NOT (לֹא / lo) she~will~GO.OUT^(V) (תֵצֵא / tey'tsey) like~>~GO.OUT^(V) (כְּצֵאת / kê'tseyt) the~SERVANT~s (הָעֲבָדִים / ha'a'va'dim)

RMT: and if a man will sell his daughter as a bondwoman, she will not go out like the going out of the servants.

RMT: If she is dysfunctional in the eyes of her lord, which he did not appoint^[435], then he will ransom her, he will not regulate^[436] to sell her in his treacherous act with her,

RMT: and if he will appoint her to his son, he will do to her just like the decision^[437] of the daughters.

RMT: If he will take another, he will not take away her remains, her raiment and her habitation,

RMT: and anyone belittling his father or his mother, he will surely be killed,

RMT: and if men must dispute, and a man will attack his companion with a stone, or with a fist, and he does not die, then he will fall to the lying place.

RMT: However, if he will stand for a day or two days, he will not be avenged, given that he is his silver,

RMT: and if a man opens a cistern, or if a man digs a cistern, and he does not cover him over, and an ox or a donkey falls into it.

RMT: The master of the cistern will make restitution, he will return silver to his master, and the dead one will exist for himself,

RMT: and if the ox of a man smites the ox of his companion, and he dies, then they will sell the living ox, and they will divide his silver, then they must also divide the dead one.

RMT: Or if it was known that that ox was a gorer previously, and he does not safeguard him, his master will make full restitution, an ox in place of the ox, and the dead one will exist for himself.

37 GIVEN.THAT (כִּי / ki) he~will~STEAL^(V) (יִגְנֹב / yig'nov) MAN (אִישׁ / ish) OX (שׁוֹר / shor) OR (אוֹ / o) RAM (שֶׂה / seh) and~he~did~BUTCHER^(V)~him (וּטְבָחוֹ / ut'va'hho) OR (אוֹ / o) he~did~SELL^(V)~him (מְכָרוֹ / mê'kha'ro) FIVE (חֲמִשָּׁה / hha'mi'shah) CATTLE (בָקָר / va'qar) he~will~much~MAKE.RESTITUTION^(V) (יְשַׁלֵּם / yê'sha'leym) UNDER (תַּחַת / ta'hhat) the~OX (הַשּׁוֹר / ha'shor) and~FOUR (וְאַרְבַּע / wê'ar'ba) FLOCKS (צֹאן / tson) UNDER (תַּחַת / ta'hhat) the~RAM (הַשֶּׂה / ha'seh)

RMT: If a man steals an ox or a ram, and he butchers him, or he sells him, he will make restitution with five cattle in place of the ox, and four flocks in place of the ram.^[446] (22:2)
